Sabrina has been involved with healing in one form or another ever since she was a child—healing and communicating with her own pets and animals and having a profound Spiritual connection with Mother Earth’s flowers, trees, plants & other allies.
She has a unique perspective on zoning in to help her Clients get to the bottom of their issues, whether physical or emotional, and finding the hidden gem that often eludes them in connecting the dots to their own personal well being.
Experience
Sabrina has experienced extensive training in Hatha (200 hrs), Restorative, Yin, Yoga Nidra, & Ashtanga Yoga with Yoga Spirit Academy in Tulsa, Oklahoma; studied Vinyasa Prana Flow & PranaDanda (100 hrs) with Shiva Rae in Santa Monica, California & Greece; and Kundalini Yoga (500 hrs) with Ravi & Ana Singh from New York.
She has had the opportunity to study Shamanic practices with the Q’uero Shamans of the Peruvian Andes–training all over the world with Dr. Alberto Villeldo of The Four Winds from Park City, Utah—finishing the two-year extensive training in nine months at Dr. Villeldo’s urging. She also recently completed training in the Pachacuti Mesa Tradition with Don Oscar Miro-Quesada.
She acquired the Reiki Master Certificate with William Rand in Glastonbury in England. Sound Healing intensive trainings with Jonathan Goldman of Boulder, Colorado and Vickie Dodd of Olympia, Washington. Energy Healing & Sacred Geometry with Drunvalo Melchizadek of Sedona, Arizona and has studied esoteric Kabballah Imagery and Esoteric modalities with Drunvalo’s wife Claudette, from the School of Remembering, also of Sedona, Arizona; and Blue School of Imagery & Dreams with Catherine Shainberg of New York.
She has also studied extensively with Dr. Christi Bonds-Garrett of Paducah, Kentucky incorporating the Raindrop Technique (RDT), Vibrational Raindrop Technique (VRT), Chromatic Harmonic Raindrop Technique (CHRT) & Vibrational Auricular Raindrop (VAT), all modalities using Young Living therapeutic essential oils with color therapy using precisely calibrated Planetary, Solffegio & Pythagorean tuning forks.
She completed her training for Akashic Records with Maureen St. Germaine of New York. She completed training in February 2016 with Marcelo Mansour, a Sound Healer from Argentina, for a Certification through the University of Mexico and learning to play the Digeridoo.
Sabrina has extended her healing abilities with Cranio Sacral therapies and trained with the Upledger Institute.
With her intuitive gifts and ability to walk between worlds & other realms, she connects with a Client’s guides and angels, to track and identify a Client’s stuck and repeating energetic pattern to its original wounding and offer them Life Coaching and teach them techniques so they too, can identify and “Change their Story”and “Change their Perspective.”
